Bringing a school or college group to the Almeida Theatre is a unique experience. Not only do we provide hugely subsidised top price tickets to see the show, we also provide a free introductory workshop held at your school around your timetable to help students gain insight into the play that they are about to see; and your group will be met by their very own host who will make them feel welcome at the Almeida Theatre, enhancing your visit by being on hand throughout the performance to answer any questions that they might have. Your host will also give you a number of free programmes and a Projects Resource Pack to accompany the production.
Subsidised Ticket Scheme
Almeida Projects offers subsidised tickets to UK-based school and college groups visiting the theatre at the following rates:
£12 Partner Schools / Key Borough Schools
Priority for subsidised tickets is given to all Islington, Camden, Haringey, Hackney and Tower Hamlets state secondary schools and colleges.
£20 Other School Groups
We offer best available tickets to student groups from all other London and UK schools and colleges. Cost includes free introductory workshop and group host.

Free Workshops
Our Introductory Workshops are designed to give participants an insight into how our productions have been created and to complement curriculum learning, prior to your visit to the Almeida Theatre. We can also offer workshops tailored drama/performing arts curriculum for selected productions, as required. Production Resources
Almeida Projects creates resource materials for all Almeida Theatre productions.
