Our schools programme is really important to us, which is why we have a number of ways that we can work together with you.
Depending on your needs, budget and the time you have available, we work with the education sector in the following ways:
A comprehensive package of discounted theatre tickets. For more information, read here.
We offer packages to bring the expertise of our practitioners into your school from one-off workshops to year-long partnerships, all tailored and responsive to your students’ academic needs. For more information about our school parternships, read here.
Bespoke Project – Project 38 (w/c 30 June)
We are currently looking for primary and secondary schools in Islington and Hackney situated along the number 38 bus route to take part in a new bespoke project called Project 38. The project aims to introduce local communities to both the participatory work of the Almeida Theatre, and its main stage programme.
We are currently looking for schools to take part in a day long day Play in a Day workshop w/c 30th June. Almeida facilitators will come into your school and work with a class to create a play in a day to be performed to friends and family at the Almeida Theatre later that day.
All participants in this project will be invited to see an Almeida show for free.
If you are interested in taking part in Project 38 please contact Schools and Education Manager, Chris Lawson for more information firstname.lastname@example.org
