SICK! was performed on the set of The Hypochondriac, designed by Giles Cadle, relit by Robin Fisher from Jean Kalman's lighting design and with sound by Matt Berry.

SICK! was devised with the help of Shakira Kumrai, Fatma Cokgezici, Daniela Mangiapane, Anton Garneys, Sameera Haque, Hauk Pattison and Bryan Jurado.

SICK! introductory workshops were led by Martin Barron, Helen Eastman, Ned Glasier, Alison Holder, Melissa Smith, Jonathan Speer and Sarah Tipple.
