North London at Halloween, Max Villiers a celebrity ghost writer and his wife Harriet, a talented shopper, host a party.
As Max connects his first plasma TV, the evening is hijacked by interference from the past. There are trick or treaters at the door and strangers on the brand new rug.
This is the world premiere of a shocking and darkly humorous play from the writer of Humble Boy at the National Theatre and the West End. Charlotte Jones’ other writing includes the book of The Woman in White in the West End and The Dark at the Donmar Warehouse.
Director Anna Mackmin’s most recent projects include Mammals at the Bush Theatre and the highly acclaimed Burn, Chatroom & Citizenship at the National Theatre.
